Sourcing Engineer-Malaysia

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop new materials according to product requirements, conduct business negotiations and collect information.

2. Cooperate with new material requirements to develop suppliers, negotiate and communicate business details in the early stage.

3. Cooperate with Products and R&D to recommend the best materials, responsible for product project costs.

4. Assist the quality and procurement departments, leading the supplier management.

5. Collect and sort out the market conditions of the materials in charge and provide them to the relevant departments and personnel.

Education qualification:

Bachelor's Degree or higher, with a major in electronics or equivalent.
Work experience:

Preferably someone with more than 2 years of mobile phone industry resource development experiences, or more than 5 years of hardware engineer experiences.
Key elements:

Fair selection, strong overall planning, high sensitivity to the supply chain market, fast response and with wide resources.
Knowledge and skills:

Basic knowledge of material properties and selection basis. Ability to understand basic parameters. Have strong cost management awareness and ability. Able to identify problems and risks from simple communication and provide corresponding solutions.

Cheerful personality, strong communication skills and management skills, able to adapt to high pressure and high-intensity work, strong sense of responsibility.
