We are looking for an experienced Japan Regional Sales Manager to join our successful Japan team reporting to Japan Regional Sales Director. You will win revenue from; i) IoT/Embedded customers directly, ii) by working close with MNOs/MVNOs iii) and through distributors. We guarantee FAE, product, engineering, internal sales, and customer success team will provide excellent support to you and your customers will enjoy the best quality products and support in the industry. We believe that your background is in a similar position with experience from Japanese customer, knowing MNOs/MVNOs and IoT/Embedded market.
You need to be a true team player who always cares to win business, love selling, and meeting customers; a great communicator who can establish tight relations with customers and MNOs/MVNOs. You shall enjoy being successful and over-achieve targets. We expect you to be able to drive yourself, establish customer relations by yourself.

Location: Japan Office - Tokyo
Reporting to: Regional Sales Director - Japan
Role Statement: Responsibility for winning revenue from IoT, PC market working close with MNOs/MVNOs and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating new opportunities, visiting customers directly, promote and sell Quectel product(s) for IoT/Embedded market.
- Establish, enhance, and maintain relationships with MNOs/MVNOs sales so they recommend Quectel products to their customers.
- Experience selling MNOs/MVNOs business or, IoT/embedded market preferred.
- Experience in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
- Powerful sense of urgency and experience in deadline driven roles
- Self-driven, strong skills in the areas of motivation, relationship building, and excellent communication skills.
Who are we looking for?
- Work experience selling to MNOs/MVNOs IoT sales division, or experience working close with MNOs/MVNOs IoT sales division is preferred.
- Selling experience of selling any kinds of modules (e.g., cellular, Wi-Fi, GNSS, smart)
- Aggressive hunting style sales with proven track records of sales revenue.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build, enhance and maintain relationships with customers, MNOs/MVNOs and distributors.
- Self-starter, with the ability to think innovatively and work independently.
- A high level of business acumen
- Ability to collaborate with people across different cultures and nationalities.
